Apprentice Security Engineer
∙ First fix and pulling cables through.
∙ Affixing equipment to walls.
∙ Installation of intruder alarms, CCTV, Access Control Systems, Fire detection systems and Nurse call etc. within commercial premises.
∙ Following on site health and safety guidance.
∙ Use of hand tools and cordless drill etc.
Full training in all the above will be provided and the successful candidate will also attend day release at Access Training - to work towards the Level 3 Fire, Emergency and Security Systems Apprenticeship standard.
Probationary period applies.
Driving licence preferred but not essential.
Training:
Fire, Emergency and Security Systems Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard (day release will be at our Team Valley, Gateshead training centre).
Day release will be fortnightly in years 1 and 2 and weekly in year 3 of the apprenticeship programme.
Training Outcome:
The successful applicant would have good long-term prospects with the opportunity to develop the role as the company continues to grow.

Working Hours :
8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week (30 minutes lunch break)
