Early Years Apprenticeship

Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a collaborative approach to care. Support the developmental needs of each child through planned, engaging activities. Maintain a safe and clean environment in line with health and safety policies. Report any safeguarding or safety concerns following company and local authority guidelines. Collaborate with the Room Leader and team to ensure high standards and compliance with audits. Commit to professional development and reflect on practices to improve outcomes. Foster positive relationships with parents and staff, supporting equality and inclusion.

Training:
Training will be one day a week at our Colindale centre (NW9)

Training Outcome:

If the applicant is successful, they can go into further training or employment.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday The hours will be 8-hour shifts between 8am and 6pm.
