L3 IT Technical Field Engineer Apprentice
Apprenticeship Training: Follow a structured learning path in IT Solutions, progressing to L3 IT Solutions Technician standard.
Field Work: Travel to customer sites and data centres, supporting hardware, software, and network solutions.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, handle escalations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Commissioning Solutions: Work on the delivery and implementation of high-end IT systems.
Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to team collaboration and enhance knowledge across the business.
Training:
Fully funded L3 IT Solutions Technician apprenticeship with HPE CDS and LearnTech.
Typical duration to gateway: 13 months (followed by up to 3 months for the End Point Assessment (EPA) period)
Apprenticeship level: Advanced (Level 3)

During this apprenticeship, you will follow a fully supported training programme with LearnTech, delivered through combined weekly live remote classroom-based training, workplace assessment/training and online learning working towards completing the L3 IT Solutions Technician standard.
