Level 6 Cyber Security Apprentice

Your duties will include:

When you’re not studying, you’ll take on tasks including supporting Cyber and Information Security activities, architectural reviews of proposed changes to our IT environment, and maintaining and developing awareness of current information security technology and threats, to help protect our IT systems As you progress through your apprenticeship, you’ll gain knowledge and experience and take on more responsibility, such as: security architecture, vulnerability scans and / or risk assessments, representing the Security Team at forums and events, and be responsible for particular policies, standards and other documents

Training:

Cyber Security Technical Professional Integrated Degree Level 6. Workplace assessment and college block delivery (average 1 week per month). 

Training Outcome:

Potential position upon completion of the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm, changes must be arranged with Line Managers.
