Advanced Engineering Apprenticeship - Mechatronic

Learn basic engineering skills such as machining, fabricating sheet metal and basic principles of electronic circuits and wiring. Work alongside skilled teams in either a manufacturing or prototype testing environment to enhance your on the job learning You will regularly rotate within the engineering departments in either our engine plant or our research and development centre. Block release at college to compliment engineering theory.

Training:

Basic Engineering skills for use in mechanical/electrical maintenance.

You will also study for a technical engineering qualification as a Mechatronics Maintenance Technician Apprentice:

Level 2 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Foundation Competence) Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Competence) – Mechatronics Maintenance Technician Together with successful completion with an End Point Assessment (EPA)

Training Outcome:
Engineering Technician qualified status on successful completion of the apprenticeship in your chosen trade
