Business Administrator Apprentice
Welcoming people to the building; screening, signposting and announcing them appropriately
Keeping the reception area and front of the building welcoming, tidy and organised
Ensuring information and leaflets in the reception area are well-presented, relevant and in-date
Managing the signing-in and -out system and ensuring signing-in processes are followed
Handling enquiries and bookings efficiently and effectively at the reception desk, over the phone and over email
Handling incoming and outgoing post
Ensuring the reception area is equipped as needed and that technical equipment, such as the printer, is operational and ready for use for all staff
Keeping accurate records of service users
Administering the course enrolment process. This includes establishing learners’ eligibility, supporting applications for financial assistance and ensuring learner records are complete and accurate
Reporting withdrawals, achievements and progression
Recording receipt of certificates in the centre and issuing certificates to learners
Managing appointments and calendars
Training:
Day release at Middlesbrough College
Training Outcome:
Depending on the circumstances of the business, upon completion of the apprenticeship programme there could be a potential position of employment available.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday between 8:30am - 4pm.
