Building Surveying - Building surveyors play a crucial role in assessing and enhancing the quality of buildings. They provide expert advice on repair, maintenance, and restoration options, as well as contribute to the development of new buildings and the surveying of existing structures.
A significant part of a building surveyor's work involves spending time on-site, inspecting various elements of buildings and addressing environmental concerns. Our building consultancy practice spans a wide range of specialisms, ensuring that all building needs are met across multiple sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
Assessing the condition of existing buildings and identifying defects Implementing planned protective building maintenance Conducting thorough building surveys and due diligence assessments Monitoring development and construction processes Providing guidance on property alterations, improvements, and extensionsProject Management - Our Project Management team offers a comprehensive range of services for new builds, refurbishments, occupier fit-outs, and turnkey projects, guiding our clients through every stage from team selection and planning to design, procurement, and successful project delivery. Project management surveyors are key to ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget, driving the success of each project.

You will get to pick your qualification between Project Management or Building Surveying Training will take place virtually with training provider Training will be one day a weekTraining Outcome:
Once you have completed your apprenticeship and passed your APCS and gained your MRICS qualification, you will then become a newly qualified surveyor.
