Business Admin Apprentice

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding the company and its services Maintain a clean and organised reception area, ensuring it is presentable at all times Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and telephone systems Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor Attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other correspondence Handle customer inquiries and complaints, escalating issues when necessary Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Any other responsibility in need of the business

Training:
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard End Point Assessment (EPA) Functional Skills in English and maths if required Training location to be confirmed. Training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date
