Construction Site Supervisor Apprentice - Level 4

What You’ll Do:

Assist in the supervision of highway construction and maintenance activities. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any issues or delays. Support the preparation of site documentation, including risk assessments and method statements. Participate in site meetings and contribute to project planning and scheduling. Learn and apply best practices in highway construction and maintenance.

Training:

As part of your Apprenticeship, you will be enrolled onto a nationally recognised Level-4 Construction Site Supervisor Apprenticeship Standard via our training partner, Learning Skills Partnership. Your Apprenticeship typically takes 21 months to complete. One-day each week will be dedicated entirely to lectures and studying for your apprenticeship qualification. Regular reviews with your training provider, line manager and workplace mentor, in addition to wrap-around support from the Talent and Learning team.
