Answering patient telephone calls General administration duties Updating company website and social media pages Maintaining shared email mailboxes Incoming post distribution Producing quarterly patient newsletters

Training:

Apprentices will be allocated a Trainer Assessor and training will be planned and delivered in conjunction with the employer to meet the individual needs of the apprentice.

The apprentice will spend 20% of their working hours in off the job activities and training.

On the job and off the job training will be delivered in the workplace.



Training Outcome:

Progression into a variety of clerical roles within the NHS which in turn could lead to management opportunities.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9-5 Opportunity for ad-hoc overtime on Saturdays
