ICT Apprentice
Provide First-Line Support:
Answer and resolve basic IT support queries via phone, email, and in-person Troubleshoot common hardware and software issues Reset passwords and provide account assistanceAssist with IT Infrastructure:
Help maintain and update computer hardware and software Assist with network configuration and troubleshooting Contribute to the upkeep of IT documentation and proceduresLearn and Develop:
Participate in ongoing training and development programs Gain knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies Work closely with experienced IT professionals to learn new skillsTraining:
Training will take place online with Remit Training every month who will go over every module month by month You will be completing your Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship via Remit Training Learning will be delivered to you virtually via blended learning model
Training Outcome:
You could potentially be offered a permanent position at the end of the apprenticeship
