Building Services Design Technician Apprentice

Work within a team of experienced engineers.

Assist in designing various building installations, including:

Lighting Heating Ventilation Security systems

Contribute to projects involving:

New building construction Refurbishment of historic premises

Work across multiple sectors, such as:

Commercial Residential Healthcare Education Leisure  

Responsibilities include:

Preparing simple calculations Conducting general sizing calculations Producing manual and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawings Conducting site visits and surveys Performing additional related tasks

Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard Day Release at London South Bank Technical College
