Apprentice Sewing Machinist - 14595

Operations through the manufacture of sewing PVC weather guards. Learn & perform the basic sewing/taping skills for all businesses. Basic maintenance skills to keep sewing machines in proper working order. Hands on approach, handling specialist responsibilities in the Sewing-PVC Department such as sewing, taping, packing, final inspection, sewing machine maintenance & fault finding. The Sewing Machinist: PVC is expected to be able to perform in accordance with Health & Safety Standards. Undertaking training to self-develop skills in the Sewing: PVC Department including training and development of appraisals, communication, structures by setting & maintaining a team
culture.

Training:
Level 2 Sewing Machinist  Functional skills  Work based learning 

Training Outcome:
Progression onto full time work

Working Hours :
Monday - Thursday, 8.00am - 5.00pm. Friday, 8.00am - 2.00pm / 30 min lunch & 2x 15 min breaks.
