Quality Assurance Practitioner Apprentice - REMOTE ROLE
Your core training will include supporting the quality of our products through their lifecycle, supporting the quality assurance of our centres, and ensuring the quality of our end point assessment service You will immerse yourself in a variety of developmental activities across EAL business departments (Internal Quality Assurance, External Quality Assurance and Product), gaining a comprehensive understanding of our operations, policies and processes You'll serve as a crucial liaison between EAL and its customers, building and nurturing strong relationships by understanding their business objectives, needs, and challenges. Utilising your customer service skills, you will support and drive business growth, ensuring EAL remains the Awarding Organisation of choice Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues across the Enginuity group and external customers on projects, leveraging your knowledge, skills and experiences to contribute meaningfully and add value to our operations

This role is remote home based in England, with occasional travel to team meetings.
