Apprentice Tool Maker

You will also have a set of daily duties that you will be expected to carry out alongside your training. During your apprenticeship you will learn to Mill, Turn, Mill, CMM. You will learn how to read drawings, how to operate and program CNC Machines. You will gain experience in each section of the production during your apprenticeship EDM, CNC, Manual, Fitting, Repairs. This is a hands-on role where you will learn to assess a project and problem his solve as the Tool progresses through the Toolroom. An eye for detail and the ability to work well in a team is a must.

Training:

This will include a block or day release at Rochdale training who will undertake the training

Training Outcome:
Once qualified, the candidate may be offered full time employment.

Working Hours :
Mon – Thurs 8am-4pm Friday – 8am-3pm
