Provide administrative support to the Director. Update customer data. Report any concerns directly to the director. Update and collate customer details and conversations.  Organise survey appointments and follow up appointments. Meeting and greeting customers. Collaborate customer feedback. Incoming emails and replies. Keep up to date entries on the Business calendar. Complete quotations Sourcing estimates in relation to projected jobs.  Research the business market keeping up to date with market trends. Financials.   

Training:

Training will be via TEAMS every two weeks with the following:

 

Initial onboarding day at North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire college Hinkley Road Nuneaton CV11 6BH.

 

One week induction Monday - Thursday 09.30 - 16.00 on campus at North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire college Hinkley Road Nuneaton CV11 6BH.

 

In the work place online training and mentoring.

Training Outcome:

Potential full time position available upon completion of the apprenticeship.

At Coventry Sliding Wardrobes we aim to provide the very latest styles and finishes to our customers. This is why we place a strong emphasis on ongoing product development and are always trying to incorporate innovative designs into our portfolio.

Working Hours :
Monday 8 am 4.30pm Monday to Friday. With 30 minutes per day for lunch.
