Business Administrator Apprentice
Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Assist with data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records
Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
Support the office team in organising meetings and appointments
Utilise Sage for basic financial record-keeping
Handle incoming and outgoing post efficiently
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Training:
This course is delivered in work, you will have one day a week to complete your course work. Working towards a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard.
Training Outcome:
A possible full-time job role at the company for the right candidate.
