Apprentice Customer Project Manager

You will learn and contribute under the guidance of the Customer Program Manager and/or Rollout Manager to:
Manage a project or a deployment rollout element and propose corrective actions using a standard Project Management Plan Allocate tasks and priorities as needed Work with people from different departments Manage project actions, issues and risks Make sure that project communication is in place Set up project reports and meetings Contribute to project reviews Provide standard project documentationThey will be responsible for the overall project success with respect to external customer satisfaction, financial results, health & safety control activities, and operational service delivery performance and the overall end-to-end project planning and risk and opportunity management.
Training:
Associate project manager - Level 4.

The role is in the Bristol area as a hybrid worker, working 2–3 days a week from the office. You will earn an Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship Level 4, delivered in partnership with our Training Provider, BPP, which will cover a wide range of project management skills.
Education: Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including 4/C or above for Maths & English. A-levels or a level 3 qualification (apprenticeship or BTEC in a relatable subject), or 48 UCAS points.

The qualifications and experience gained on this Apprenticeship will allow you to apply for further roles within this sector.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 30 minute break each day.
