Apprentice Surveyor

The apprenticeship route will last 5 years, and will run alongside a permanent contract You will work four full days in the office, and a day dedicated for your study (which will be advised by the university) The degree is taught via online study with occasional one day classroom-based workshops so you will need to be self-motivated to complete independent study Your work will be assessed via a variety of methods from essays, reports, tests, exams and work-based assessments You will be working from our Liverpool City Centre office within an ambitious team We are more than happy to teach you all the technical skills you need, it is your personal attributes and commitment to the role that is key

Training:

You will complete your apprenticeship studies at the University College of Estate Management (UCEM) and will enrol onto the Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship (level 6) in September 2025. 

Training Outcome:

Upon completion of your apprenticeship, you can expect to achieve BSc (Hons) Degree, and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). Alongside the experience you gain in your work, this will help you achieve Chartered membership of the RICS (MRICS) as the final apprenticeship (end point assessment) outcome. The apprenticeship will help you to develop the knowledge and skills, and all the behaviours required for a career to become a chartered surveyor.
