Stores and Warehousing Apprentice

Main duties:

Moving of materials and products for the production lines. Checking stock in and out. Ensuring delivery of products takes place in a timely manner. Ensuring little waste occurs. Organising collection of stock with delivery drivers and suppliers. Moving and handling with lifting aid equipment. Picking of stock for deliveries. Quality inspection.

Training:

The training will occur in the workplace alongside a workplace mentor and a skills coach from Hull College will visit you in the workplace to delivery onsite training.

Training Outcome:

On completion of the apprenticeship for the right candidate there is a full time position available to become warehouse manager.

You will also be trained and qualified in using a forklift.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
