Mechanical Engineering Degree Apprenticeship
As a Mechanical Engineering Apprentice, you’ll immerse yourself in designing and engineering solutions that make a tangible impact. From concept development and prototyping to testing and manufacturing, you’ll contribute to projects that help A-SAFE deliver world-class safety solutions.
You’ll study for a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering Technology at Sheffield Hallam University while gaining invaluable hands-on experience. You’ll work on everything from designing mechanical systems for our award-winning safety barriers to tackling real-world challenges in automation and manufacturing.

Design and develop mechanical systems and components. Collaborate with the engineering team on innovative projects. Conduct research and experiments to improve product performance. Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.
