Customer Service Apprentice
This is the ideal role for someone to make this job their own, with a keen interest in sales.
Duties will include:
Responsible for providing customers with quotes Chasing the quote to obtaining an order from the clientProcessing the order onto our system Building relationships with our vast customer base Managing our social media accounts & website Answering calls and assisting other office members when requiredTraining:
Customer Service (level 2) Equal to GCSE
Training Outcome:
A full time role may be offered upon successful completion of an apprenticeship
Employer Description:
Family-owned specialist Building and Construction Services company, trading since 1989. Main area’s of work are concrete repair, diamond drilling, sealants, mastic pointing or waterproofing
Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 3.30pm, with Wednesdays off.
