Customer Service Apprentice
Answering calls regarding breakdowns & service issues in a courteous manner and offering a high level of Customer Service
Resolving minor technical problems over the phone, and if unable to resolve, allocating effectively for a Service Engineer to attend.
Ensuring all breakdown calls are attended to within a 24hr period.
Dealing with minor complaints and being aware when complaints need to be escalated to a supervisor.
Training Outcome:
Potential full-time postition upon completion of apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5.00pm.
