Core training areas include: Introduction to Property Management
Tenant management & leasing
CAPEX & renovation programmes
Asset Management: Generating value
Understanding the development process (planning, supply demand, location, & construction management)
Underwriting investment opportunities, research, & cashflow modelling in Excel

Training:
Training will take place online with UCEM and on the job training and support from the BCCAP Mentor 

Training Outcome:

During your time with us you'll achieve a BSc (Hons) Degree in Real Estate Management and become RICS chartered on completion. You'll rotate within our UK & European asset management, development, and acquisitions/investment teams, gaining invaluable experience.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
