Apprenticeship HR Administrator
· Coordinating recruitment processes, pre-employment checks, and onboarding activities.
· Maintaining accurate HR and payroll records.
· Assisting with training bookings and post-learning activities.
· Producing documents for formal meetings and updating HR systems.
· Acting as the first point of contact for HR and payroll queries.
Training:
Training will be online.
Training schedule has yet to be agreed. An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying. Details will be made available at a later date.
Training Outcome:
Continue to build HR Administrator knowledge moving to HR Advisor.

Working Hours :
Monday-Friday usual office hours - shifts to be confirmed
