An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Design Director with 8+ years' experience to join a well-established marketing agency. This role offers excellent benefits, hybrid working options and a salary range of £65,000 - £75,000. As a Senior Design Director, you will lead creative projects, guiding teams through brand development, campaign creation, and content production across multiple platforms and channels. You will be responsible for: ? Develop and implement complex, integrated campaigns from concept to execution. ? Oversee campaign and brand development, ensuring smooth project workflows. ? Foster a collaborative and engaging environment to drive exceptional creative execution. ? Represent the agency confidently, building strong client relationships and presenting ideas effectively. ? Stay ahead of industry trends and lead on creative innovation. ? Collaborate with senior leadership on team management, resource planning, and strategic direction. What we are looking for: ? Previously worked as a Design Director, Creative Director, Head of Design, Design lead, Art Director, Content Director or in a similar role. ? Possess 8+ years' experience from a social media agency, creative agency, marketing agency, Design agency or Branding agency background. ? Hands-on experience in overseeing multi-channel campaigns and delivering integrated brand strategies. ? Ideally have social media, or social first approach experience. ?
