Locum Dental Associate

LOCUM DENTIST FOR WHITCHURCH

Locum Dentist required to work Mondays & Fridays for the next 6 weeks
The role will be completing NHS exams and treatments
Predominantly NHS, 80& NHS and 20% Private
Starting ASAP
Working 16 hours per week
Offering £450- £500 day rate or £15 per UDA (whichever you would prefer to be paid)
The daily UDA target is to be agreed so this will be discussed at a later stage
Established list of patients
50% Private remuneration and lab bills split
Considering a newly qualified associate

Practice information:
1 Surgery
Using Kodak R4 software
Parking on site

All candidates must be GDC registered with an Active NHS Performer number
