Your Experience

Minimum 4 years’ management experience in a fine dining or luxury resort restaurantProven track record in team leadership and achieving financial resultsStrong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and revenue growthExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsFluent in English; Greek or another European language is an advantageDegree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferredMust be eligible to live and work in the EU

Your Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfactionRecruit, train, and motivate a high-performing service teamCollaborate with the culinary team to maintain consistency, quality, and innovationLead pre-service briefings and ensure team members uphold brand standardsManage budgets, forecasts, stock levels, and supplier relationshipsHandle guest feedback professionally and implement service improvementsSupport marketing initiatives and promotions to drive revenueEnsure all operations comply with hygiene, safety, and brand standards
