My client a national innovator in sustainable waste and resource management, are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager, to play pivotal role in driving growth within their Industrial & Commercial division.

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in field-based business development, ideally with high-value contracts (£1m+ per annum)Proven success in managing and winning tenders or large-scale service contracts within FMStrong commercial acumen and understanding of tendering processesExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills 

Key responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to support sustainable growthLead the full sales cycle from prospecting and presentations to negotiation and contract closeRespond to tenders, RFIs, and RFPs, ensuring accurate and timely submissionsManage a robust sales pipeline, with individual contracts averaging around £1.5m
