About the Role
We are looking for a Healthcare Professional to support an adult female client with daily activities and rehabilitation. You will assist with organisation, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving, helping her stay on track with her goals.
 
Driving is essential for this role.
 
Pay: £15 - £16 per hour


Shifts:
Friday: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PMSunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM 
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with daily tasks, planning, and organisationSupporting communication (spoken & written)Helping create realistic schedules and remindersAiding in decision-making and problem-solvingWorking with a multi-disciplinary team for rehabilitation 
Requirements
Experience in complex care or rehabilitationExcellent communication and organisational skillsCompassionate, patient, and empatheticAbility to work independently & in a teamFlexible to work the specified hours
