Position: Senior Care Assistant Specialisation: Mental Health
Shift Pattern: Full time | 8pm – 8am Pay Rate: £28, 828.80 per annum / £13.20 per hour
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with safeguarding vulnerable adults’ policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and create or update care plans in line with residents’ needs and preferences.
Follow professional standards and adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations set by the Care Quality Commission.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in an elderly care or dementia care setting.
Experience in providing care during night shifts.
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
This is a permanent role and not an agency contract.
