Position: Night Senior Care Assistant (Permanent)

Shift Pattern: Full time | 8pm – 8am
Pay Rate: £28, 828.80 per annum / £13.20 per hour + Paid breaks

Responsibilities:

Mentor and support the care assistants, providing knowledge and a caring management style. Conduct risk assessments and develop personalised care plans. Ensure compliance with professional standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements set by the Care Quality Commission.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven leadership experience in an elderly care or dementia care setting. Experience in providing care during night shifts. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

This is a permanent role and not an agency contract.
