MediTalent are recruiting for an experienced Practice Based Educator to work for our client at their bespoke hospital in reading! This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver day-to-day training as required in both formal and informal settings Work closely alongside senior members of staff to organise and deliver training and education Raise awareness of the importance and benefits of training to improve hospital staff capability

The right candidate will have:

NMC / HCPC A teaching qualification or equivalent Leadership skills Confidence in the use of a PC
