Are you ready to lead a small but dynamic team and ensure an exceptional experience for members and guests? Does being part of an energetic team that values personal and professional growth. Appeal? I am looking for a Manager who is passionate about creating positive movement, engaging work environments and maintaining the highest standards in the Gym.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily club operations and uphold the commitment to excellence.Manage a diverse team, ensuring outstanding customer service and safety compliance.Maintain an operations manual and manage the club budget effectively.Lead cleaning standards and ensure all equipment is safe and well-maintained.Drive projects, renovations and staff training.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in gym management, ideally branded or Hotel based fitness/ leisure.Strong leadership skills with an eye for detail and a service-oriented mindset.Excellent communication abilities to engage with staff and stakeholders at all levels.A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
