Health, Safety, Security and Environment Apprenticeship
As a Safety Apprentice at JLL, you’ll be part of a supportive team helping to keep our workplaces safe and positive for everyone. You’ll work alongside experienced safety professionals and mentors, gaining hands-on experience across different environments.
Here’s what you’ll get involved in:
Keeping people safe- Carry out workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to make sure our sites stay safe and compliant Building a strong safety culture- Support training sessions, awareness campaigns, and safety initiatives that encourage everyone to look out for each other Learning from real situations- Take part in investigating incidents and near misses to understand what happened and how to prevent it next time Staying organised and informed- Keep safety records up to date, support meetings, and help prepare reports that guide future improvements Making a difference every day- Work with different teams across the business to create safer, more sustainable workplaces for everyoneThroughout your apprenticeship, you’ll gain valuable skills, earn your Level 3 qualification, and be supported every step of the way as you start your career in health and safety.
Training:
Your training will take place mainly at work, where you’ll learn alongside experienced safety professionals who’ll support your development every step of the way.
Training will usually take place once a week, giving you regular time to focus on your coursework and apply what you learn in your day-to-day role.
You’ll be based at our London office (near Regent Street) or our Manchester city centre office, depending on your placement.

Working Hours :
You’ll work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You’ll have time during work hours for apprenticeship training, plus 25 days' holiday, bank holidays, 2 volunteer days, and flexibility to support a healthy work–life balance.
