I am currently recruiting for a General Manager to join this boutique hotel on the stunning Suffolk coast. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality leader with a passion for food and beverage to lead a venue renowned for its restaurant, bar, and exceptional guest experiences.

About the position

Oversee all hotel operations with a strong emphasis on food & beverage excellenceLead and develop the restaurant and bar teams to deliver outstanding dining experiencesMaximise revenue from all outlets, including events and in-house diningCollaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing team to promote the restaurant and F&B offeringsHost weekly HoD meetings and ensure smooth communication across all departmentsBuild relationships with local producers, suppliers, and the community to enhance the menu and dining experience

Proven experience managing boutique hotels with a strong restaurant and bar focusTrack record of driving F&B profitability and delivering exceptional guest experiencesInspirational leader who motivates and develops high-performing teamsStrong commercial awareness and business acumenExceptional attention to detail and commitment to qualityPassionate about hospitality, food, and beverage
