Recruitment Admin Apprentice
Vacancy and Candidate Administration & Support:
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Review and screen candidate applications and CVs. Conduct initial phone screenings and compile notes for hiring managers. Coordinate interviews, sending confirmations and required documentation. Ensure a positive candidate experience with regular communication. Deliver candidate feedback professionally and promptly. Respond to candidate and hiring manager queries via email, telephone, and Teams. Assist with writing job adverts and social media posts. Actively source candidates for factory roles through CV searching and job boards. Take notes during interviews and meetings.Onboarding Administration & Support:
Prepare new starter materials via the ATS. Liaise with HR teams to ensure onboarding tasks are completed on time. Ensure new starter documentation is accurate and correctly stored. Schedule company inductions and coordinate timetables. Check in with new hires during their notice period to ensure a smooth transition.General Recruitment Administration:
Support recruitment events, including job fairs. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Assist in preparing presentation materials and internal communications. Use Canva to contribute to the Zertus Market Unit Newsletter. Monitor the Refer-a-Friend tracker and prepare rewards for employees. Support updates to the recruitment and hiring managers' hub. Complete all required apprenticeship coursework and exams.Training:
Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration consisting of:
Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics (if applicable) Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)You will be required to attend a half-day session with HBTC where you will work towards any functional skills (where needed) that you have to take. Additional off the job training will also be required as part of the Apprenticeship. There will also be an end point assessment.
Training Outcome:
After the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for you to advance in the workplace or go on to higher education.
