V05059 - Intermediate Apprentice Logistics

Involves working across a variety of different areas within logistics and inventory management, to ensure a vital supply of materials and services are available to our customers/operational programmes Develop knowledge of key principles around facilitating deliveries, manual handling, appropriate storage techniques, stock rotation, packaging methods and housekeeping cleanliness Providing continuous support to the build line by ensuring the correct material is delivered at the right time to support submarine programme build Receive specific logistical training in a live environment, such as operating forklift trucks, cranes and slinging Applying safety practices and procedures in all aspects of your role

Training:

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.



Training Outcome:
