V05025 - Higher Apprentice Human Resources

You will support employees throughout their time with the business in various ways, from changing the way people work, to helping them through difficult person or professional issues You will work with managers in the business to tackle complex business challenges All HR higher apprentices will gain experience in all areas of HR; managing employee cases; learning and development; business partnering; communications; reward and employee relations You will have the opportunity to further your personal development and career opportunities by gaining your Chartered Institute Personnel and Development Chartership

Training:

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.



Training Outcome:

Approximately 95% of apprentices choose to stay on with us. As a global business there are a world of opportunities – whether you decide to stay in the UK, or explore an overseas role.
