This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves meeting and greeting visitors, going that extra mile to support their team, and who enjoys looking after a busy front desk.

THE ROLE:

Manage the busy phone and email systems Open daily post Using the case management system to upload important documents Administration and archiving Copying and filling Greeting visitors into the office, making refreshments Answering and transferring calls Receiving and arranging deliveries Arranging meetings

THE PERSON:

Experienced with Microsoft and case management systems Strong eye for detail Organised and can work independently
