Apprentice Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner

Lead by example in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5. Support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of engaging activities that promote children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework. Work closely with your room leader and management team to maintain an inspiring, safe, and nurturing nursery environment. Guide and support colleagues in delivering best practice and positive interactions with children. Build warm, professional relationships with parents and carers, sharing information to support each child’s progress and well-being. Contribute to observations, assessments, and planning to ensure every child’s individual needs are met. Reflect on your own practice, take part in training, and apply your learning as you work towards your Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner apprenticeship.

Training Outcome:
