Junior Online Apprentice
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Order Processing: Handle order processing from receipt to fulfilment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Marketing: Working to a marketing plan across all Ecommerce platforms and social media
Product Listing: Designing, creating, proofing and publishing product listings
Business Administration: Assist in various business administration tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records
Training:
Multi-channel Marketer Level 3.
As part of your apprenticeship, you will be required to attend class sessions with Sheffield College once per week via Microsoft Teams.
Training Outcome:
Potential of permanent employment upon successful completion of apprenticeship.
