Apprentice Customer Service Practitioner

Key tasks include:

Processing orders via the Company system as they come in Responsible for logging, keying, tracking stock Identify and reduce unallocated stock Type any correspondence including letters Liaising with fitters, site contacts, sales teams and customer service Arranging fitting appointments and work with live fitting diary Assist with booking in on computer system and warehouse deliveries Assist with the Central Distribution transfers and allocations of stock to customer orders Point of contact for incoming calls Ensure completion notes are received on time and properly documented with completed forms from fitters for invoice purposes

The role will provide the candidate with the below additional learning:

Opportunity to work off plans from scaled drawings Gaining knowledge on flooring products and understanding floor fitting procedures Learning Health & Safety procedures

Training:
Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard You will attend Leeds City College for monthly masterclasses

Training Outcome:
Full time permanent role on successful completion of apprenticeship, subject to performance

Floorstore group are located near Pontefract Lane, Leeds. Floorstore are a Leeds based family owned flooring company with multiple retail outlets, online business and trade arm that have been a leader in the flooring space since 1961.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
