Business Administrator Level 3 Apprentice

What you’ll do:

Assist advisers in preparing for client meetings and reviews Gather and update client information using our CRM (Monday.com) and compliance system (Xplan) and reporting software (Dynamic Planner) Communicate with clients and providers by phone and email Help process new applications and ongoing client servicing Support with reports, letters, and general office administration Prepare and manage Letter of Authority – Tracking progress of these with providers

Training:

Apprentice will be completing necessary mandatory training and units associated with the business admin apprenticeship. This will be 1 day per week in  fully remote /online classes:

The apprentice will be required to complete:

•              Work towards gaining a full Qualification.

•              Employment Rights and Responsibilities.

•              Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours.

•              Standard and End Point Assessment.

•              Functional Skills in English, Maths, and ICT (if required).

Other training will be provided by the employer as required to enable the fulfilment of the job role.



Training Outcome:

This is an excellent first step for someone looking to build a long-term career in financial services within a supportive and growing local firm. you could become a Trainee Mortgage Broker, Paraplanner or even Financial Adviser eventually.
