Tudor Employment Agency is currently recruiting for a skilled UPVC Fabrication Supervisor to join our client’s team in Essington.

Our client specialises in manufacturing UPVC Windows and Doors — from classic casement styles to fully mechanical flush-fit designs. They also offer a wide range of aluminium and UPVC products, catering to both bespoke one-off jobs and large-scale new build projects for trade customers.

Who We’re Looking For

Previous experience in UPVC and Aluminium fabrication is essentialAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsExperience with aluminium fabrication machineryKnowledge of aluminium profiles and techniquesStrong attention to detail and quality

Your Responsibilities

Supervise, motivate, and develop a team of UPVC fabricatorsManage workflow across all stages—measuring, cutting, welding, and assembling componentsEnsure all products meet high standards and specificationsDrive productivity and minimize waste or delaysMaintain a safe working environment and enforce safety protocolsSupport onboarding and skill development of new and existing staff

Working Hours

Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm

Salary

£40,000 – Negotiable based on experience

Permanent position

Due to location, own transport or living locally is preferred.
