Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship

Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional and friendly manner. Schedule customer appointments and manage calendars efficiently. Process invoices, payments, and related administrative tasks. Enter customer details and asset information accurately into our systems. Order and track materials as required to support the wider team. Assist with general office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day running of operations.

Training:

The apprenticeship training is delivered through a combination of workplace learning and regular college attendance. This training will teach you the knowledge, skills and behaviours set out in the Business Admin Level 3 standard.

On completion the apprentice will receive Business Admin Level 3 qualification. Functional Skills in Maths and English may also be required, depending on current level.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll play a key part in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Working Hours :
8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (with an unpaid 30-minute lunch break).
