PMO Lead – Transformation Office
6-month contract (outside IR35)
West Yorkshire – 2 days in the office a week
Our client is the UK’s leading specialist retailer of greeting cards, dressings and gifts with over 1,000 stores across the UK and Ireland.

The business is now looking to establish a dedicated business and IT transformation office to help support the delivery of its vision and goals.
They, therefore, need a PMO Lead to set up and establish a central, dedicated Business Transformation function for all strategic and operations change activities across both Business and IT.

PMO Lead will report to the Head of Business Change whose role will encompass everything from people, culture, communication, adoption rates etc with the business dedicated to ensuring the project capability is improved.


The successful candidate:

10 Years minimum PMO and Change role experience
Experience connecting Strategy and Delivery to Business Outcomes
Experienced in leading and establishing Portfolio and PMO's
Agile, Prince2, Scrum and Waterfall Methodology knowledge and experience
Experienced in every aspect of PMO services delivery, from analysis, process management through to maturation/continuous improvement and leadership
Retail experience is useful but by no means essential
