This is a field-based role and the Commercial Contracts Manager will report directly to the General Manager.
To work with procurement/commercial decision makers and key accounts involving the sales team to achieve product sales targets in-line with the company's targets.
Maximise contract awards and sales and ensure that satisfactory customer relations are maintained and nurtured at all times and all levels.
Manage the Car Policy and ABHI.
Assist the finance team with credit control.
External stakeholders - NHS/private sector procurement and all relevant commercial decision makers with a view to maximising commercial success of my client and its' customers.
Internal stakeholders - the sales team, RSM, BDM, finance tenders and Tenders and Contracts Manager and customer services.
To secure acceptance of and implement company sales policies and successful tenders and other commercial agreements throughout the UK and Ireland.
The Ideal Person:
You must have a minimum of 4 years' experience within Orthopaedic Procurement CPP Supply chain etc.
Exceptional excel knowledge.
Full understanding of the NHS and Private Sector procurement process.
Experience with building winning tenders.
