About the role: At Paradigm we are currently in the process of implementing the Civica CX Housing Management System.
We're looking for someone with great communication skills to interpret and transform Paradigm's aspirational process designs into Civica's CX Housing Management System.
You'll work closely with SME's (Subject Matter Experts) and Business Analyst's to understand and shape requirements and aspirational system designs and you will challenge and contribute to system designs to ensure highest level of efficiency gains, customer experience, and value for money are achieved.
You should be data savvy with the ability to inspire confidence and trust with senior stakeholders and convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
Shaping aspirational system changes and building robust Case and Task workflows within the CX Housing Management System will be a key part of the role.
Coaching and mentoring other colleagues to build and configure workflows is another key aspect along with challenging and contributing to system designs to ensure a high level of value for money and Customer experience.
To be successful in this role you must be/have:

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to adopt varying styles to be able to explain complex information to a wide variety of audiences.

? A strong, positive work ethic.
? Civica CX knowledge and experience is not an essential requirement but would be highly beneficial.
