(App800) Apprentice Business Administrator Level 3

Provide administrative support across both sites. Assist in handling incoming calls, emails, and other communications. Co-ordinate and carry out the activities for contacting customers who have made enquiries regarding courses across both centres. Greet and direct visitors and learners in a professional manner. Organise and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical. Maintain our CRM system with customer data and bookings. With support, register new candidates with the necessary bodies for vocational/accredited training. With support, administer card payments or raise invoices as required. Prepare course and examination paperwork and material as required. Prepare, format, and edit documents such as reports, memos, and letters. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and room bookings. Send calendar invites to Tutors in accordance with their booking schedules. Ensure communal areas within the centre are tidy and well-stocked. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improving office processes. Attend training sessions and complete coursework related to the apprenticeship.

Training Outcome:

The possibility of a full-time position upon the completion of the apprenticeship, performance dependent.

Working Hours :
Monday – Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm with a 30-minute lunch 1-day.
